1.3 the bidder shall carry the following two materials when purchasing the tender documents: the application form for registration of the Wuhan Railway Bureau, complete and stamped with the official seal (form see attachment 1), and a copy of the business license copy.
1.4 if the bidder does not offer to place to receive the tender documents, can be more than two copies of the information sent to the email address: whcgs02@163.com scan, and agency contacts (see contact) after the confirmation of obtaining the bid invitation documents.
1.5 the project file does not charge standard books, registration documents in multiple packages, the package in the "Wuhan Railway Bureau registration application form" stamped as the standard, must be completed accurately, the agency will not sign the package retained for reference; the "bidding documents" will not be accepted.
