Select the resin type of the FRP cover plate
There are three common resin types in FRP cover plate: ortho benzene type, inter benzene type and vinyl type. The price is directly proportional to the corrosion resistance, so the most economical resin types shall be selected according to the performance and corrosion resistance tables according to the corrosive medium used
A. o-benzene: having general corrosion resistance, resistant to atmospheric aging, seawater corrosion, long-term use temperature -50~60.
B. benzene (municipal use): has excellent corrosion resistance, resistant to inorganic acid salts of various medium concentration environment, long-term use of temperature -50~90.
C. vinyl (chemical): has excellent corrosion resistance, acid, alkali, salt, solvent, or acid and base alternately very poor corrosion environment, long-term use temperature of -50~110 degrees centigrade.
