1. The concentration of NaOH solution in the storage tank should be kept within 2 - 6% range.
2, when the concentration is below 2%, must be filled with NaOH solution.
3. The concentration of salt produced by neutralization of acid and alkali is higher than 20% in the storage tank, or the solution is changed regularly when used.
Mist purification tower maintenance:
1, fan and pump motor must adopt rainproof measures, in case the motor is damp.
2, must be responsible for the management of purification tower, someone to regularly check; fan and pump operation is normal, and the filter nozzle is blocked, the floating ball level is normal, whether the failure, absorption of neutralizing liquid solubility is within the specified range, if found, should be promptly solved.
3 、 fan and water pump switch program:
Turn on the blower first, then start the water pump;
Turn off the pump first, then turn off the fan.

When the fan starts, open the float water supply valve;
When the fan stops, the ball float valve must be closed.
